Deloitte Indonesia's "Trash to Treasure" is an excellent example of how companies can engage their employees in a green mission together.

A finding from a recent study by the National Environmental Education states that almost 90 percent of employees engaged in their company's sustainability initiatives say it enhances their job satisfaction and overall feelings about the company. Employees also note that they feel the most significant impact when they can integrate sustainability practices into his or her job or personal daily life.

Companies also benefited from the internal sustainability campaign. By boosting employees' commitment to them, companies can improve business outcomes while creating a positive societal impact and helping accomplish corporate sustainability goals.

Sustainability has become an important commitment for Deloitte and it is apparent through “Trash to Treasure” campaign. Liberty Society is honored to have worked with a leading company like Deloitte which has taken real action on its commitment!
