How will my products be shipped?

Shipping fee will be charged after shipping & paid by customer.

  • Indonesia: JNE or Paxel (for same day delivery)
  • Asia: Rayspeed Asia
  • Outside of Asia: FedEx

 

How long does it take to make my products? and what's the MOQ?

Our MOQ starts from 50 pcs and 100 pcs for smaller items (caps, sleeping masks, face masks, etc). It takes us around 14 working days to make 100 pcs of items.

 

How do I pay?

We accept payment via bank transfer to our BCA account.

All orders below IDR 5,000,000 must be paid in full. For orders above that amount, a 50% down payment is required for confirmation of order. The remaining 50% must be completed upon completion of production. Invoices are sent via e-mail and payment can be made through bank transfer

Samples must be paid in full. Clients will also need to pay for:

  • Sending samples from LS to their location
  • Returning samples from their location to LS 

LS will cover:

  • Sending samples back after revision

 

Are there any discounts?

 

 

What if my designs are too complex?

We can do a sample to assure you that we can meet your expectations for the given complex design. If you are satisfied with it, we will then proceed to produce the rest. In addition, we work closely with an extensive network of sustainability partners, whom we have screened and passed our QA/QC standard.

 

Does sustainability means more expensive?

Not necessarily. First, let us understand what is your requirement, i.e. product, quality, design, budget. We are flexible to work around your budget because we can suggest you the different types of eco-friendly fabrics per your sustainability goals.

 

How do you ensure consistent quality?

We have a Quality Control team (consisting of Centre Manager, Community Leader, Trainer) who conducts daily checks, we have Quality Assurance team (Production Lead and Design Lead) who conducts checks per batch/order before sending out to customers. Our ladies have to pass their tests (by showing consistent quality) before they can start sewing for customers. As part of their empowerment, we also monitor their individual growth and incentives them for their quality and consistency. 

 

How do we know that you are producing our clothes fairly and ethically?

Firstly, we pay our ladies, 3x more than minimum wage in Indonesia (per Jawa Barat Province) vs typical manufacturing companies who are struggling to pay min. wage. Secondly, we provide free training which includes English lessons and Psychosocial classes (such as arts and crafts). Thirdly, we know the respective needs of a family and help them to save up for rainy days, where 10% of their income is allocated to savings.

 

What do you offer to partner organizations?

We offer opportunities to connect with our makers and to highlight the makers behind the process of the product collaboration. Example of activations are trunk shows with refugee models, seminar event to raise awareness about the cause, or embroidery workshop with our makers. We take a photo /video of the behind the scene process of the work. 

In extended agreement, we usually create campaign video with our partner organization that will be broadcasted by both channels. We co-sell products (agreed upon) at our offline stores too alongside with partners. After every partnership, we recap the income generated by the ladies and send our partner the impact report.
