SHIPPING 

Our orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 2 days of purchase. Currently, we only ship across Indonesia and Singapore via Rayspeed that will take 2-3 days lead time.

​Delays may occur for the following reasons, but are not limited to: sale periods, public holidays and items available for Pre-Order. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by third party courier services or incorrect details supplied by the customer.

PRE-ORDERS

By placing a pre-order, you understand that you will be charged the full amount to secure your order. There will then be a delay between payment and receiving your pre-order. An expected (on or before) delivery date will be listed within the item description. Any items ordered in addition to any pre-order items will be delivered as per our standard shipping terms and not held for later delivery. Our standard returns and exchange policy applies to all pre-orders.
