Meet Garis Indonesia

Garis Indonesia pays extra care to their processes, only utilizing sustainable methods to process wood. They up-cycle used teak wood and give them a new breath of life, making them more valuable.
Garis Indonesia's owner noticed the sheer amount of wood waste around her, the sight sparking the idea of re-using the waste and creating crafts from it. She also noticed the lack of wooden souvenirs in the market, which she found unfortunate due to the rich history that wood possesses, thus created Garis Indonesia to bring value to these wood.
Their Vision & Mission

The Hands Behind Garis
Garis Indonesia's crafts are all hand-made by local artisans in Bandung.

They up-cycle used teak wood from old Javanese houses to old wooden benches, processing them to make them more valuable. Thus, they are saving trees and decreasing waste! They pay close attention to the process of each of their products, ensuring that they are being made ethically and sustainably.
